About 32 per cent of the overall deaths happening globally are due to heart failures. Maximum of them are due to heart strokes and cardiac arrests. Heart diseases have become a menace to society. Blockage in coronary arteries, heart failures and a weak heart have become very common these days. This is why it is very important to take care of this organ so that we could live long.

Heart is the most important organ of our body. It pumps blood continuously to detoxify our body and to carry out proper circulation. 2. Nuts

Nuts are another good option that comes under the category of healthy food for the heart. Almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, peanuts, etc. are some of the superfoods that come under this. They are loaded with proteins, fibres, vitamins and minerals. They prevent the heart from getting weak and effective. They are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that make the heart strong. 

3. Pulses
