Juicing can be done by two methods namely- centrifugal and cold press. Centrifugal comprises grinding the fruits and vegetables using a high-speed driven action of a cutting blade which later also separates the juice from the solid matter. On the other hand, cold press involves crushing and pressing the fruits and vegetables to squeeze as much juice as possible out of them. The amount of nutrients retained is almost similar by using any of the two methods. People usually prefer juicing due to the various benefits it exhibits for one’s health. Since in a juice diet solid food is totally restricted, consumption of such nutritional liquids is known to detoxify the body. Moreover, some people see it as a way of losing weight because of lesser calorie intake. Additionally, many people have incorporated fruit and vegetable juices as a part of their daily meal to work as additional supplements since they do not get enough nutrients from their regular diet habits.

Some examples of mostly consumed fruit and vegetable juices might include blueberries due to their richness in vitamin C, mangoes due to the presence of vitamin B6 and vitamin A, spinach due to high content of dietary fiber, protein, and a lot of vitamins. Blending these together using various permutations and combinations can provide you with a lot of nutritional benefits. In case you are unable to include raw fruits in your regular diets, fruit juicing might be the way to save you from nutrient deficiency.
