What is the Paleo Diet?
Paleo or The Paleolithic diet is a pattern of eating that resembles the dietary plans of our hunter-gatherer human ancestors.
The Paleolithic era dietary habits are what comes under this. Caveman diet or Stone Age diet are a few alternative names.
Typically consisting of fish, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, nuts, and seeds. This was the kind of food that was readily available in the environment.
Additionally, the concept of farming consists of food under the paleo diet. While it is relatively hard to figure out our ancestors’ diet, it is determined that it consisted of whole foods.
