18 December 1979 is when Phil Heath was born. And he is now the owner of the high toned and award-winning body. He is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is also known as “The Gift” Phil Heath has been part of sports since childhood, he has a degree in two fields information technology and Business administration. In 2014 he became the fourth wealthiest bodybuilder in the world. Phil Heath raised himself as his parents were busy in their respective jobs and this became the motivation and a chance for him to explore and learn, not financially but mentally he became dependent. He became the king of his own decisions. Phil Heath utilizes his two hours in the gym for an intense workout. He followed the lead of training each body part twice just like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman. He had the proper workout schedule.

His diet contains 400 grams of protein plus 600 grams of carbohydrates plus 5000 calories every day.

Phil Heath became the influencer for the young people who wanted to be bodybuilders and hence he becomes a choice for FLEX magazine covers, wrote fitness articles, and released his DVD like “The Gift”, “The Gift Unwrapped”, “Journey to the Olympia” and “Becoming number 13th” Not only hard work but he also emphasized the smart work. This workout protein and diet routine are so well planned that the efficiency and the productive ratio are high. He kept his eyes on the techniques of his workouts and worked on them for a great result. Again things were not easy to gain, he devoted his days and night to those positions. He warmly welcomed all his problems and faced them, looking back was never his option.
