What is Fish Oil?
Fish Oil refers to the oil or fat that is taken out from the tissue of fish. Commonly arising from oily fish such as tuna, sardines, mackerels, anchovies, etc.

The high consistency of Omega-3 makes it act as a great substitute for those who do not prefer seafood. However, the best way to improve health is by consuming whole foods and eating everything in moderation. Eating 2 to 3 portions of seafood a week will provide you with enough fatty acids.
