What to eat?, What to cook? neither hungry nor full. It always happens when we want to get something cooked fast and tasty. There are many meals which can be semi-cooked and kept in the fridge and later can be properly cooked and enjoyed. Depending upon your taste and your knowledge of doing experiments can make your meal more delicious.
- Kimichi – A famous South Korean dish now getting famous in Asia. Kimchi can be preserved for three to four days at room temperature and about three months if preserved in the fridge. It is made up of fermented vegetables like napa cabbage, ginger, and peppers in a seasoned brine.
- Soya Tikki – Soya bean is full of protein and nutrients. In order to prepare Soya Tikki make sure you grind the soya beans into powder form. After turning the soya bean into the powder add your favorite taste, depending upon your flavor if you like spicy then add a spicy ingredient and if you are a fan of sweet things so try to add stevia or honey. Avoid sugar. Mic them well and form them into a Tikki shape and bake them for a few minutes. Since it will be fired in oil it can be preserved for a long time.
- Cauliflower Curry – half of an onion, diced, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 2 cups cauliflower florets, 2 cups butternut squash, cubed, 1/2 cup red lentils, 3 tablespoons red curry paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric 114-ounce can diced tomatoes, 1 can coconut milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt. Mix them well and keep them to get freeze well. Nose, whenever you need to cook them in one cup of water for six minutes on high pressure.
- Vege Mix – Choose your vegetables wisely, and your taste preference. Slightly fry them by adding things. Make sure not to fry them too much. You can also add nuts like walnuts and almonds to make it more healthy. Later before eating microwaved it for two to three minutes if can’t be microwaved then fey them till you feel the smell.
Avoid the food ingredients which are allergic to you. Although these foods are good for keeping in the fridge and later be cooked but don’t eat the foods which are preserved for too long cause it can be harmful to health creating gas problems and all.
