Dennis Wolf- Early life

Born in 1978, growing up in the former Soviet Union, life was difficult for Dennis. His father was barely paid and they lived in a small apartment, with bare food for two days. Dennis was super active as a child in both sports and studies. But unfortunately, he was so involved in household tasks, that he could barely take time for his sports.

When USSR disintegrated in 1990, Dennis’s family moved to Germany in 1992. He was forced to learn the language and adapt to the new environment. He had to take up a part-time job as a painter after high school. It was highly demanding where Dennis worked for 12 hours per day.
After this, a little time was left for Dennis to pursue his fitness hobbies. But he didn’t lose hope and practiced his kickboxing lessons and played sports.

They didn’t like it so much, but I loved it. Even in the first month, I got stronger and my body was a little bigger. There was no way I was going to quit,” says Dennis.
At the age of 18, Dennis started going to the gym. He was instantly hooked on it and started putting his best. Following his role model, Arnold Schwarzenegger, he gave his best to the field.
