Ballistic stretching is popular among athletes. This is an intense stretching method using bouncing moment challenging the endurance. Ballistics stretching increases the range of motion. For dancers, basketball players, dancers. Martial arts, gymnastics, etc. do ballistic stretching and making their performance better. Ballistic stretching also counts for increasing flexibility.

Ballistic stretching is a very complicated stretching, one wrong move and your muscles are done with you. You have to stretch your muscles too far with your all strength. Hyperextended stretch is what ballistic stretch.

To give you a more visual presentation, remember the last dance show you saw in which dancers give goose bumping dance steps, their legs and hands are giving perfect synergy to each other, out of those dance steps many steps are taken as ballistic stretching.  

The question that everyone looks for is whether doing ballistic is good or not.? Whether it is safe or not?

Well depending upon the scenarios, if you are having a well-trained trainer to look at your moves and guide you step by step then that’s great, but if not then stop right there, the wrong step in ballistic stretching can injury your muscles. 

Might be sudden jerk can muscles can’t cope up with the stretching.

An athlete is very familiar with the ballistic stretching cause their body with other workouts and efforts started shaping in that way to bear the movements. But for non-athletics, the movements can become the real pain. 

But doing ballistics stretching can feed you with too many calories burn, weight loss, toning the body, increasing the flexibility, quick reaction to stimuli, brain active, strong muscles, endurance power to its peak.

NOTE – Just care and attention can make you ready for doing a ballistic performance, but if you feel pain and unable to continue it stop and let your muscles relax and heal. 

Of course, for the first time, you will feel your whole muscles tense up pain in the body, especially muscles. 

Ballistic has its own benefits and dangers too, but your body is capable enough to go through from the beginning then, in the end, you will have a good healthy body.
